Concentrate During Your Matches
Dr. Patrick Cohn, golf psychology expert and author of the “Golfer’s Mental Edge” CD program, teaches amateur to tour professional golfers how to improve their mental game of golf using golf psychology strategies developed over the last 20 years of his career.
In this week’s golf psychology session, mental game of golf expert and author of The Mental Game of Golf, Dr. Cohn, answers a question from a golfer about how he realizes he has lost focus during the middle of a game and wants to learn how to regain his focus.
Bill wrote in and asked:
“When I’m playing golf its like I’m not even thinking. I’ll make a mistake and then think ‘I could have easily prevented that with a little bit more focus over the ball’ and once I get it going low, I can’t go lower and I usually find myself getting back to even par. I feel if my thought process where better, I could be scary good.”
